Yoga: 1st and 5th (during school)

Led by Jen Brinsky ... Purpose: To actively introduce students to the concept and practice of yoga as a way to strengthen and care for our bodies and minds and to encourage students to move their bodies joyfully, safely, and creatively. Message: Yoga is for everyone! Through the practice of tuning in to our bodies and emotions, we can foster a growth mindset within ourselves and do a better job of caring for ourselves, others, and the world around us.
