Let’s get moving for Mariemont!

The Jog-A-Thon is shaping up to be a big fundraiser for our school, with a school-wide goal of raising $15,000! Funds raised will help provide field trip transportation (buses), technology, art supplies, books, classroom supplies, and other teachers’ needs!

Don’t forget to set up your child’s PledgeStar page to make the fundraising even easier! PledgeStar is a web-based fundraising system that allows family and friends to make secure credit card donations online. It is fun, easy and people who use it typically raise twice as much as those who don’t!

Here’s how the day of (OCTOBER 23!) works: All students will run, jog or walk for 20-30 minutes around a ¼ mile track. The jog-a-thon will happen in the morning before it heats up too much. The goal is to have fun, enjoy being active with friends and help raise money for our school. Family and community are encouraged to come out and cheer our runners on and share in the fun! More information about the specific day of volunteer needs will be emailed home next week!
