Please join us for an informational meeting for kids and parents on Thursday\, September 20th at 6:30 PM in the Mariemont Library. Come learn about this incredible opportunity for Mariemont’s 4th and 5th graders. \nWe will be meeting after school at 3:15 in the Library on the following days: \n\nOctober 2nd & 16th\nNovember 6th & 27th (might meet earlier on the 27th due to early dismissal)\nDecember 11th & 18th\nJanuary 8th\, 15th\, 22nd\, 29th\nFebruary 5th\, 12th\, 19th\, 26th\n\nThe Sacramento County Competition is on Saturday\, March 2nd at Inderkum High School. DESCRIPTION:“Parent Info Nights” is a brand new evening program specifically for you! Based on your feedback and conversations with teachers and staff\, we recognized a need to have some informal discussions about relevant topics during the school year. These info nights will be hosted by Principal Beth Wahl as well as a few teachers who have expertise on the given topic. \nThe format will be causal and will only be an hour\, 7:00 – 8:00 pm. \nWhile PTA will be providing refreshments for the evening\, this is not a PTA meeting. Our goal is not to discuss PTA business. \nSeptember 18th Topics:  \n\nRecent Standardized Test Results (CAASPP)\nMAP Testing\n\nIf you are a 4th or 5th grade parent\, you probably received your child’s CAASPP results from last spring in the mail. If you have questions about these results\, we hope you can join us on the 18th.
